Work of on-board systems on 2D view
We develop software that manages in-cockpit sounds and device illuminations for imitating in-cockpit environment for realism of pilot training.
Here is modelling of sounds effects in case of on board systems failure. Same lights and sounds can be reproduced inside a cockpit
We also model weather sounds and other outside world sounds. We use a 3D sound technology that allows us to model a distance and direction of sounds. For example, distant exploding sounds are less loud that the ones exploding nearer. Aircrew members can also understand direction of the sound source.
Different specific sounds are modelled. For example, aerodynamic noise, taxing operation, takeoff run, touch-down sounds etc.
